Shorter waiting times to be taken to surgery I arrived at 7 am and was not taken to surgery till 2 pm and had no offer of a sip of water so had nothing from 9 pm the night before not pleasant came back to the ward 7 pm.

The actual treatment was excellent. Unfortunately information given on the telephone caused a 6 week delay.
Suggested improvements
When calling the caller should know what you are being called in for and not give out incorrect information.
